Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final website design and content specifically created for your project. However, we retain ownership of any pre-existing materials, tools, and frameworks used in the development process.

We reserve the right to display your project in our portfolio unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal or contract. Typically, we require:

• A non-refundable deposit before work begins.
• Milestone payments throughout the project.
• Final payment upon project completion and before website launch.

Late payments may result in work suspension or additional fees.

6. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and depend on prompt client feedback and approvals. Delays in providing feedback or content may extend project timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

WebCraft Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any delays or failures in performance.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of being notified.

Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, India.
